About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2020 and has grown to a strong team of seven. My journey with State Farm began as a team member, giving me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a successful, supportive, and high-performing team.
I’m originally from Venezuela and have been a big sports person my entire life — especially baseball, which taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and grit. That same team mentality is something I bring into the office every day.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
