
As a Pricing Analyst, you will support the sales organization with pricing and all price‑related topics, overseeing pricing structure, quotations, analytics, and implementing global pricing projects. You are responsible for delivering pricing goals and KPIs, monitoring daily quotation requests, executing quotations in alignment with guidelines and authorization matrix, collaborating cross‑functionally, optimizing price offers, conducting price and margin analysis, ensuring accuracy of price master data, supporting global pricing projects, annual price adjustments, and development of pricing KPIs. Other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver on pricing goals and KPIs.
Monitor incoming quotation requests daily and ensure timely completion with stakeholders.
Execute all quotations in alignment with established guidelines, pricing strategies, and approved authorization matrix.
Ensure cross‑functional collaboration to streamline the quoting process and facilitate agreements with business units.
Analyze incoming inquiries, consult with Sales to optimize price offers.
Conduct price and margin analysis to support pricing decisions, identify errors and revenue leakages, and ensure data integrity.
Support implementation of global pricing projects and annual price adjustments.
Develop, implement, and maintain pricing KPIs and highlight improvement opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or customer relations.
Experience with SAP systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, data‑driven thinking, and attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
