Company Description nowfluence is an AI powered influencer marketing platform built to modernize how brands and creators work together. Our system automates influencer operations end to end, combining campaign execution, AI powered analytics, Shopify connected ROI tracking, and secure escrow based payments into a single platform. We are building the infrastructure layer for influencer marketing and scaling rapidly with a growing product and engineering organization.

Growth is a core priority at nowfluence. We are focused on building repeatable, scalable acquisition systems that drive brand adoption, creator engagement, and long term platform usage.

Role Description We are hiring an Influencer and Growth Marketing Intern to join our core growth efforts and help aggressively scale user acquisition. This role is execution heavy, performance driven, and highly autonomous. You will work closely with the founder and internal team to test, deploy, and optimize outbound and inbound growth strategies across multiple channels.

This is not a passive marketing internship. You will be responsible for moving numbers. The role requires high motivation, strong communication skills, and a willingness to experiment, iterate, and push distribution channels until they perform. Interns who demonstrate strong results will have the opportunity to move into a full time growth role or broader commercial position within the company.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound acquisition strategies across email, social, partnerships, and direct outreach

Drive inbound growth through content distribution, community engagement, and organic acquisition channels

Identify and test growth hacking tactics to accelerate user acquisition and activation

Sell nowfluence to brands and creators through clear value driven messaging

Track funnel performance, conversion metrics, and campaign level results

Iterate quickly on messaging, targeting, and channel performance

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities

Qualifications

Highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment

Business Development, Psychological, Marketing or Sales Background

Interest in growth marketing, outbound sales, and distribution strategy

Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Analytical mindset with comfort tracking performance and optimizing based on data

Currently in graduate school, nearing completion of an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate

Experience with sales, marketing, startups, or creator economy platforms is a plus
