Brewery Representative – Central Indiana

We are hiring a full-time Brewery Representative to work exclusively in Central Indiana. The territory includes Indianapolis, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Muncie and Lafayette. Candidates must live within the listed territory.

Responsibilities

Sell our entire Boston Beer Company (BBC) product portfolio

Focus 100% on selling products and/or upgrading the number of product lines in retail accounts (bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores, convenient stores)

Identify major accounts that are not currently selling BBC products and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts

Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point‑of‑sale items to increase brand visibility

Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and business is growing at accounts

Conduct waitstaff/bartender education, beer tastings and evening promotions

Manage day‑to‑day variations in work conditions due to the customer‑facing nature of the role

Be prepared for occasional weekend and holiday work to support business needs

Occasional travel for meetings and trainings

Regular travel within the market to service retailers and wholesalers

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years of proven results‑oriented experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage industry

An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality

Valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously

Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently

Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point‑of‑sale frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$47,000 – $62,000 (dependent on experience, skill set, and location) with discretionary annual bonus and potential car allowance.
