Overview Waterway Carwash is looking for Car Wash Detailers at our Meridian location. Most part‑time jobs are boring, but not at Waterway. As a Car Wash Associate, you don’t just clean cars—you get to be active while you work outside with your friends. Every time you work, you get paid, and scheduling is flexible with no late nights.
Compensation Competitive rates and cash tips daily. Average $20 per hour, top earners over $24 per hour. Shift and schedule: extended hours, overtime, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
Complete all necessary steps to thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on wash package selected.
Enthusiastically greet customers, assist them into and out of vehicles, provide clear direction, and alert management when cleaning is complete.
Drive vehicles onto and off conveyor, program wash type and send vehicle, shut off conveyor if obstructions, watch traffic flow and be aware of surroundings.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment year‑round—including picking up trash, sweeping, hosing, pulling weeds, shoveling snow, and salting customer areas.
Wash and dry towels, carry buckets of towels to stations, fill and stock cleaning supplies.
Dig car wash trench, sweep and hose back rooms/storage, clean wash equipment and surrounding areas, empty trash cans and vacuum canisters.
Follow Waterway policies, procedures, and safety guidance.
Perform any other functions directed by management.
Qualifications
Current and valid driver’s license.
Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.
Physical Requirements
Work outdoors year‑round, exposed to varying temperatures, wet conditions, gasoline fumes, and machinery.
Extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Drive vehicles and reach above/below shoulder level.
Maintain consistent physical effort at fast pace, under pressure, and with calm professionalism.
Attendance Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Work the assigned schedule, which may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
