Job Description Crain Kia of Sherwood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team at Sherwood Kia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning of both interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready and meet dealership standards before delivery to customers or placement on the lot.
Assist with moving vehicles as needed within the dealership lot.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with automotive cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Valid Drivers License
