Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) – Part-time position at Target. Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour. Responsibilities
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity. Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests. Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution. Maintain and use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest services is returned to the sales floor throughout the day. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up while maintaining compliance with applicable laws. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as tasks are completed and assist them to solve their needs. All other duties based on business needs. What we are looking for

Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories. A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Ability to use handheld scanners and operate technology equipment as directed. Effective communication skills; able to work independently and in a team; resolve guest questions quickly. Ability to stay focused and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely (frequent lifting up to 15 pounds, occasional lifting up to 44 pounds with assistance). Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
