ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency opened in November 2021 and has grown into a strong team of six experienced professionals with over 25 years of combined industry knowledge. I was a team member for 10 years before becoming an agent, so I truly understand what it takes to succeed in this business. I decided to open my agency because I was tired of seeing people taken advantage of simply due to a lack of understanding. With a servants heart, Im committed to educating and supporting our customers every step of the way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION Isabelle Garcia - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
