Overview

North American Truck & Trailer is seeking a dynamic Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and product information.

Product Promotion

Promote and sell a wide range of outside parts, including but not limited to headlights, tires, wheels, brake kits, and custom grilles. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Sales Targets

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Market Research

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about competitors. Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team.

Product Knowledge

Stay knowledgeable about the features and specifications of the products being sold. Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients in selecting the right parts for their needs.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and sales transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive parts or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to provide technical information. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Benefits
