Overview Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities
Meet sales goals and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
Support in-store event sourcing and execution.
Ensure the store reflects the brand vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through “Hosting the Party”.
Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
Keep the customer wish list current and notify customers when product arrives.
Assist with training new associates; foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment.
Help recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams.
Support store and team‑building activities with the management team.
Maintain loss prevention awareness.
Help maintain a clean, tidy store environment and merchandising as per company standards.
Contribute to weekly product feedback.
Requirements
