Full Time in Omaha, NE 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Paid time off Signing bonus Wellness resources Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Requirements Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment If you are motivated to succeed and see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
