Ideal entry‑level position for individuals enthusiastic about building communication and customer service expertise while gaining insight into the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail‑focused, and self‑motivated.
Comfortable with making outbound calls; comprehensive training will be provided.
No previous experience necessary—just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!

Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain—we will help with this)

What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to arrange appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications.
Accurately document and manage all scheduled appointments and follow‑up communications.
Support the sales team by maintaining well‑organized, fully booked calendars to optimize productivity.
Deliver courteous and professional interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
