to lead growth across the
Midwest region , working with large universities, academic libraries, and senior stakeholders.
As part of the North American Sales team, you will: Build and
nurture long-term relationships
with academic libraries, deans of libraries, acquisition deans and key decision-makers at major universities. Develop and execute territory strategies
that drive revenue growth and exceed goals. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer engagement, support, editorial) to deliver exceptional outcomes. Travel
30–40%
to meet with customers, attend conferences, and represent AM across the region. Act as a trusted consultative partner, understanding library collection strategies and institutional goals. Base between 80-90k, bonuses 35k
