As a Manager, you value diverse perspectives and harness team strengths, taking a leadership role in the Enterprise Architecture practice. Your Role: Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders define and implement effective enterprise architectures. Lead the development of architecture strategies, operational models, and roadmaps. Evaluate technology portfolios to identify modernization opportunities. Understand how business strategies impact architectural landscapes, including applications and infrastructure. Define key capabilities, processes, and roles within enterprise architecture. Create architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex technology environments. Analyze industry dynamics and technology trends to recommend architecture updates. Oversee large-scale technology transformations focusing on delivering business value. Collaborate with Accenture's global network for insight generation. Deepen expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and governance. Drive the development and delivery of strategic enterprise architecture opportunities. Engage with partners in the ecosystem. Focus on personal development while mentoring peers and junior team members. Be willing to travel up to 80% of the time. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in enterprise architecture implementation. 4+ years of experience in creating roadmaps and business cases. 2+ years of consulting experience in technology/architecture. 2+ years of experience in leading teams and facilitating workshops. Strong understanding of common architecture challenges. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Skills: MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields. Significant experience in specific Enterprise Architecture components. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure). Experience with emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Robotics). Compensation:
