Job Description
Major Food Group is hiring Kitchen Porters to join our team at Sadelle's located in beautiful Highland Park Village!
Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas
Clean and sort all dishes and flatwear
Mop and take out trash as necessary
Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls
Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper
Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, or similar role
Dependable, hard‑working, and punctual a must
Full time availability required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Team‑orientated and positive attitude
Strong communication skills a must
