Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and customer communication Make outbound and receive inbound calls Send customer emails, text messages, and personalized videos Manage and update customer information within theCRM system Greet customers in the showroom and ensure they feel welcomed Set appointments for the sales team Send welcome messages and follow-ups Move vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, and display needs Take photos and videos of vehicles for marketing and customer communication Assist all Sales Professionals as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide reports and updates to management Requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits
