Sales Representative – Orthopedics Associate Arthrex Fargo is an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products in North Dakota, South Dakotan, Montana, western Nebraska, and northwest Minnesota. This role is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within the assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.

Build and maintain strong business relationships, and develop and implement sales strategies.

Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.

Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and meet/exceed territory objectives.

Cross‑sell additional products or manage new product introductions.

Address any problems that arise at the account.

Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information, comply with all applicable laws and company policies.

Receive coaching, training, or mentoring from sales manager and share knowledge with peers.

Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.

Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.

Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Requirements Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.

Comfortable in open operating room environments.

Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex.

Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures.

Prior sales experience is a plus.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

MS Office.

Ability to create an effective business plan (30/60/90 days).

Commission‑driven individual.

Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Strong sense of urgency.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Self‑assurance and competitive drive.

Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility.

Abide by all Compliance and Code of Conduct policies.

Machine, Tools, and Equipment Skills

Current driver’s license.

Access to personal transportation.
