The Sales Associate sets the standard in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. This role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians. Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff. Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of retail or customer service experience Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators Comfort with new technology and high accuracy Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adapt to changing environments LensCrafters is part of Luxottica, a leader in fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear.
