What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the upbeat, welcoming face every guest and member remembers
Share the Orangetheory experience with confidence and energy
Lead studio tours and help guests understand how OTF delivers results
Support new guests during their first workout, working alongside our Coaches
Drive membership sales and build a strong community
Follow up with leads and foster lasting relationships
Help keep the studio organized, clean, and inspiring
Participate in outreach and marketing events that grow your reach and ours
Who We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, positive, and people‑focused
A strong communicator—on the floor, phone, and digital
Passionate about fitness and personal growth (even if you’re not a pro yet!)
Sales‑driven and motivated by goals
A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Tech‑comfortable and organized with follow‑up systems
Available Schedules Afternoon / Evening Shift Sunday–Thursday Shifts between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Morning Shift Monday–Friday Shifts between 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
