Real Estate Lending Associate (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Represent financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset‑based lending, specifically loan origination.
Represent developers in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of real estate and other forms of collateral.
Must be a member of the NY or NC State Bar (or able to waive into NC).
Have 4‑6 years of experience in the above areas.
Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, and ability to multi‑task and manage time to meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits Expected pay range: $310,000 - $390,000. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job‑related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials where market pay differs from the national average.
