We are looking for a Commercial & Fleet Sales Administrator to join our Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa. Come work with Idaho’s largest Chevy and GMC Fleet & Commercial dealer (based on CY 2025 sales). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, professional environment.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompetitive pay starting at $20.00/hour DOEThe ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
• Strong email communication and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismJob duties will include:
• Audit fleet deals for Nampa, noting missing items, get financed deals funded and turned into payroll
• Reconcile and finalize sales information in Live Spreadsheets
• Meet with clients, get paperwork signed and process funding
• Manage deal audit checklist, reconcile reports and documenting in ReverseRisk
• Assist with offsite vehicle deliveries when requested
• Manage funding delays and after sale customer needs
• Work with Sales and Inventory team to report commercial sales to GM
• Log sales daily on main sales log
• Manage any requests accounting has in posting car deals or we owe schedules
• Receipt $ in Reynolds and manage CENPOS credit card transactions
• Open and close repair orders and manage purchase orders spreadsheet for upfits with our vendors
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets, including sales and inventory tracking reports
• DMV and Corporate pickup runs
• Clean and fuel stock or sold vehicles upon request
• Assist with printing and preparing paperwork for courtesy deliveries
• Kendall Nampa Auto Mall and Kendall Rent A Car license plate executionWorking conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
