Responsibilities
Move vehicles from customer drop‑off into the shop and back to the service center for repairs.
Transport customers using the service center shuttle, following all driver safety rules.
Wash vehicles as requested by customers.
Maintain cleanliness of the service center, technician shop, and shuttle vehicle.
Notify the service manager of any maintenance or repairs needed for shuttle vehicles.
Retrieve and deliver parts and customer vehicles to and from vendors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional, courteous manner when interacting with customers, managers, and coworkers.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Physical Demands
Capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet.
Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling.
