As an Inside Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and selling various types of personal insurance products. You will be working closely with both potential and existing clients to assess their needs and provide customized solutions. You’ll play a key role in our growth by helping clients understand their insurance options and making sure they have the right coverage. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect, generate, and convert leads into sales Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on outbound calls Understand customer needs and offer personalized insurance solutions Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide clients with accurate information about coverage options and policies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new insurance products Assist clients with policy renewals when needed Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry (but not required) Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Basic computer skills and experience with AMS360, EZLynx and XILO software (preferred) General Agents license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Us?
