Sales Arborist — Natural Tree Care and Recycling Location: Denver, CO Position: Full-Time | Base + Commission + Bonuses (70k+) Apply: office@naturaltreerecycle.com | 303-803-3850 At Natural Tree Care and Recycling, we believe trees are essential to a healthy environment and vibrant community. Our team provides natural, professional tree care that prioritizes soil health, ecosystem balance, and thoughtful pruning and preservation. We offer pruning, planting, removal, fire mitigation, pest management, and tree consultations, and we recycle everything we can so nothing usable goes to waste. We are seeking a Sales Arborist who shares our commitment to natural tree care and responsible recycling. This role focuses on building trust, educating clients on what’s best for their trees, and presenting honest, science-based care plans that align with our values. You’ll work with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to assess properties, recommend appropriate services, and help grow our business sustainably.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site tree evaluations and consultations Diagnose tree health, structure, pests, and soil concerns Present detailed estimates, recommendations, and care plans that clients understand Educate clients on tree preservation, soil health, pest management, and responsible maintenance Promote recycling and reuse solutions when removals are necessary Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet performance targets Work closely with operations to ensure smooth job execution
Qualifications
ISA Certified Arborist (required) Deep understanding of Colorado tree species, pests, and Front Range climate challenges Comfortable explaining natural tree care and sustainable practices Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach Self-motivated, organized, and reliable Experience in tree care, consulting, or sales preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Denver metro area
