Primary Duties & Responsibilities As a Seasonal Merchandiser, your biggest priority is completing store visits. Upon arriving at each of your designated stores, you will:
Check in with a department leader or store associate
Walk through the store to assess inventory levels and request backstock
Fill displays and stock shelves
Assist customers when needed
Complete other projects as instructed
Clean up the work area
Check out with a department leader or store associate
Education and Experience Profile
High school diploma (or GED) and 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience.
Motivation and drive to succeed.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed.

Stand, walk, and climb ladders
Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls

The noise level and working conditions may be similar to those for a warehouse facility.
Exposure to weather conditions while traveling between assigned stores.
