ALL ABOUT STYLE: A team of consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and a great guest experience, with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked with the right product, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors. The role of a Style Consultant provides experience in guest service, retail fundamentals, industry trends, and visual merchandising. Responsibilities
Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership, and to support guest needs. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity. Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price change processes and signage for clearance merchandising. Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back out to the sales floor. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws. Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs. You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times. Required Skills and Qualities
Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology as directed Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Capable of multitasking within established timeframes Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely (frequently lifting up to 15 pounds; occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance) Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required Occasional exposure to varying temperatures and elements Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift Benefits & Accessibility
