Proactively approaches clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends Participates in activities in assigned area(s) to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client Models strong beauty business values and culture Core Competencies

Pay Range USD $13.50/Hr - USD $16.88/Hr. All associates are eligible for an associate discount on JCPenney merchandise. For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. Eligible benefits may include medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, and 401(k) with Company match where applicable. About JCPenney
