Orangetheory Fitness Grandview
is hiring for our front-of-house
Sales Associate
role. You’ll be the first impression—greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships.
Location Orangetheory Fitness Grandview 1009 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43212
Compensation & Perks
$15.00/hour + commission
based on membership sales
With approximately
1 membership sale per shift , estimated earnings are about
$17–$25/hour
(varies by commission and shift length)
15+ hours/week
(part-time)
Free Orangetheory workouts
Simple IRA access
Scheduling Needs (Availability Required)
Two Evenings between Monday–Thursday
Start time ideal
3:00 or 4:00 PM
through
8:00 PM
One weekend day , most (but not all) weekends. Approximate 6 hour shift between 6:30 am - 2 pm
What You’ll Do
Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence
Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions
Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships
and help the studio thrive
Follow up consistently with prospective clients via calls/text/email - estimate 20+ outbound calls, 40+ texts per shift.
Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members (“intros”)
Participate in marketing and outreach events
Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience
