About the Role As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Steps New York—helping customers find the perfect styles, maintaining store presentation, and supporting all aspects of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
Meet sales goals through product recommendations and upselling.
Assist with fitting rooms, restocking, and merchandise displays.
Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
Support inventory processing, price changes, and shipment receiving.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18; eligible to work in the U.S.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
