Position Summary

This role supports membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals. You will maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to management. Responsibilities include fulfilling member fax and pull orders, reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until member arrival, following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise, and providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy, while fostering a culture of belonging, collaboration, and integrity. You will act with integrity, serve customers and, deliver results, and strive for excellence through curiosity, calculated risks, continuous improvement, and new technology adoption.
