Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and manage sales transactions Process and replenish merchandise; prepare for and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance Share product knowledge and hair‑beauty industry trends with customers Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and priorities Commit to excellence and pursue continuous growth opportunities Act with integrity in all interactions Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills Retail or related experience strongly preferred Basic reading and math skills Proficiency with computerised point of sale systems (SAP experience preferred) Availability to work weekends as required Minimum age 18 with high‑school diploma or equivalent GED (preferred) Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout scheduled shift Salary Range:
