Job Description We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base across several industries, helping to grow your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base across various dynamic industries
Perform tax research and work with clients on tax matters
Implement special projects related to tax
Work directly with clients and collaborate with tax engagement teams
Identify and implement tax planning strategies
Prepare tax calculations
Manage client relationships
Develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
Lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM is a plus
Active CPA License required
Minimum of five to seven years of experience in tax from a public accounting firm and/or corporate environment
Advanced technical and tax accounting skills in the areas of C‑Corp and Partnerships
Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills
