$25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour + Benefits - Hourly wage dependent upon skills & experience. Location: Shakopee, Minnesota, United States. Employment type: Full-Time. We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to manage residential interior and exterior projects from start to finish, combining advanced carpentry expertise with strong leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. As the on-site leader, this role oversees daily construction activities, coordinates subcontractors and trade partners in collaboration with the project managers, and ensures all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules. Responsibilities
Perform skilled carpentry tasks such as framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, clients, and vendors Monitor progress and provide updates to the production team Proactively address challenges to uphold company standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout the build process Job Requirements
3+ years of experience Must have a valid driver’s license Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills Experienced using power tools safely and skillfully Be honest, respectful, and hardworking Benefits
