High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.
Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who NEED hand-holding at every step.
Agents seeking cheap policies ($30-50-70/month).
Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
Agents comfortable showing high premium policies (average over $250/month).
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional low-premium life insurance or final expense policies.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding and need more agents.
