Mediator and Intake Specialist / Clerical Associate
to mediate consumer complaints by negotiating equitable resolutions with consumers and businesses. Responsibilities include: Communicating with consumers and businesses regarding complaints; Analyzing, documenting, researching, and resolving complaints per DCWP laws and regulations; Maintaining agency database and generating reports; Performing data entry and detailed note-taking; Providing timely follow-up and closure for complaints; Answering calls and directing callers appropriately; Providing accurate information to callers; Processing mail within deadlines; Providing front desk coverage and assisting walk-in consumers; Preparing training materials and maintaining knowledge databases; Performing other tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent approved by a recognized organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience. Skills Requirement:
Keyboard familiarity with a minimum of 100 keystrokes per minute. Additional Information
