Customer Service Representative - Babylon, NY (Hybrid) Job Details: Location:
Babylon, NY (Remote, In office, and Hybrid options available) Salary:
$65-85,000 + Benefits We are seeking a commercial lines Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing property and casualty agency. The ideal candidate is organized, well-spoken, licensed, and able to explain coverage and is internet savvy. Responsibilities and Requirements: Active NY P&C license Minimum 2 years of experience supporting commercial clients Strong relationship management, resolution, and presentation skills Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems Ability to negotiate with underwriters and navigate carrier websites Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies via carrier portals Team player with a track record of working cooperatively to achieve objectives Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and be flexible to changing client needs Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism Knowledge of Applied Epic or Tam is a plus; navigating carrier websites is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Contact Information: To contact Fred Gorman, call 1-631-588-4200 (between 8AM & 9PM) or email
