Job Overview We’re looking for detail-oriented and dependable
Fulfillment Specialists
to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role is critical to our operations, focused on accurately picking, packing, and shipping a high volume of customer and wholesale orders. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic environment and is committed to precision and speed.
What You'll Do
Efficiently pick orders with a high degree of accuracy, meeting daily pick rate expectations
Pack and ship orders according to standard operating procedures.
Communicate in fulfillment channels (e.g. Slack, ShipStation, NetSuite, etc.) regarding orders, errors, or inventory discrepancies.
Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety protocols.
Assist in cycle counts, replenishment, and product staging as needed.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet department goals and deadlines.
Take on special projects or additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping role preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Clear and professional written communication skills.

Pay Range:
$15.00 to $17.00/hr. for highly qualified candidates
