
Your Impact
As a Field Provider Relations Manager, your primary mission will be to cultivate and manage relationships with Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across various markets. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Installed Services Offering while collaborating with the National Installation Merchant to ensure optimized Provider performance. This position entails conducting regular meetings with ISPs, analyzing program metrics, and collaborating on improvement plans aimed at achieving service and quality goals. By leveraging the resources of our centralized PROvider Experience Group, you will help maintain adequate support for sales and enhance the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage strong local relationships with third-party service providers to meet quality, service, and expense objectives aligned with our National Installation Merchants strategy.
Utilize resources from the PROvider Experience Group for sourcing, recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives, ensuring the retention of high-quality service providers through strong advocacy and support.
Monitor and enhance ISP performance through direct engagement, business meetings, and thorough reviews of insights derived from Centralized Business Reviews.
Ensure ISPs are well-acquainted with Lowe's applications relevant to their operations, such as IMS and SPM.
Maintain service quality by conducting jobsite inspections and engaging with service providers while routinely analyzing customer satisfaction and capacity metrics.
Collaborate with Store-based PRO Services Field Managers to address and resolve customer concerns related to service providers and feedback on any execution issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for capacity-related inquiries and service provider engagements.
Provide strategic insights and expertise to local SSC regarding new programs and initiatives based on your knowledge of the service provider network.
Secure and maintain licenses on behalf of Lowe's as required.
Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the installation service or home improvement industry, with a strong understanding of product installation and financial concepts.
Preferred Skills/Education A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to provide exceptional customer experiences while overseeing program metrics.
Active and applicable Trade or Business License (e.g., General Contractor License, Lead Paint Certification).
