Position Overview: Brand Representative (Sales Associate) Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. They consistently achieve individual sales goals that support overall store success.

Adheres to loss prevention practices, reports incidents, and safeguards company assets.
Maintains a safe work environment and reports hazards.
Participates in store inventory preparations.
Reports to work as scheduled, records time accurately, and remains flexible to business needs.
Presentation
Assists in constructing merchandising and window displays.
Maintains a clean, presentable store environment.
Adheres to standards of dress and grooming that represent the brand.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, stairs, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
