Direct Marketing Associate – Greater Pittsburgh Area
Renewal by Andersen is the full‑service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking for a Direct Marketing Associate in the greater Pittsburgh area to help perfect our customers experience in upgrading their homes.
This position earns
uncapped commission
in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Base pay starts at
$20 an hour
and is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Engage in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door‑to‑door canvassing.
Record accurate data regarding prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
Eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.
