Responsibilities

Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls for 25 office locations.

Greet patients, schedule appointments, and follow up for new and existing patients.

Utilize the electronic health records system to create and update patient information.

Collect basic patient and insurance information.

Monitor physicians’ schedules, procedures performed, and accepted insurances.

Assist patients in locating the nearest office that meets their needs and provide directions.

Reschedule patients as needed and relay message to the appropriate location or physician.

Perform routine cleaning of the office space, kitchen, etc.

Abide by HIPAA and other relevant medical office regulations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma.

Experience handling high volume calls efficiently.

Good listening and strong communication skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Multitasking ability and make patients feel comfortable, welcome, and heard.

Prior customer service experience a plus.

Must be a team player.
