Under the supervision of the Center Owner or Manager, the Customer Service Representative assists customers with store services and products, operates POS systems, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other equipment. Additional duties may include training and mentoring new representatives. What You Bring
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales Exceptional customer service skills Ability to interpret customer needs into service solutions Professional handling of customer complaints Multitasking ability Effective communication skills Attention to detail Basic Math Skills Excellent time management and organization High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows, and hardware/software Flexibility to work varied hours Supervisory skills (preferred) Notary Public certification (may be required) Bi-lingual in Spanish (a plus) What We Expect
Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other services Handle customer interactions via in-person, email, and phone Process sales at the POS system Upsell and cross-sell products; participate in marketing initiatives Manage opening/closing procedures and cash register Maintain inventory and store standards Coordinate with couriers and vendors Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes Manage Virtual Mail services Support print jobs, promotional products, and custom T-shirt fulfillment Physical and Safety Requirements
Stand behind a sales counter for extended periods Lift at least 50 pounds Communicate clearly with customers Operate a motor vehicle if required Perform all duties safely and efficiently
