Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Sales Associate
Join Farm Bureau Financial Services as a licensed sales associate. You will prospect and assist an experienced agent with generating and closing new sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients and generate leads through referrals, outbound calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Assist the agent in identifying potential clients’ insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate on sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing accurate information.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Support preparation of insurance proposals and documentation for policy issuance.
Qualifications
Valid Arizona P/C and L/H insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
