Abilene, Texas, United States SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent has limited contact with customers and frequent contact with regional loan officers, lending assistants, other departments, and title companies. The role requires efficient functioning under deadlines while maintaining professionalism. Independent judgment and decision-making are essential. The incumbent must be able to sit for extended periods and assist with routine problems, referring complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Create and deliver loan disclosures to customers promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Order and review necessary documents for loan packages, including credit reports, flood certificates, appraisals, and title work. Verify that each loan file contains complete and accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and Bank policies. Perform confidential administrative tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and record maintenance. Respond to all communication methods promptly. Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent updates. Perform additional duties as assigned. Participate actively in the Customer Service First culture, support organizational values, and adhere to Bank policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 18 months of administrative experience; Bachelor's degree preferred and may substitute for experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of discussing complex loan scenarios. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail. Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative. Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines. Critical thinking skills and ability to find alternative solutions. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn loan processing software and related systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
