Parts Counterperson (Ciocca Ford of Souderton)
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated parts professional to join our growing and dynamic team. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior auto parts sales experience preferred
Ability to calculate figures, discounts, commissions, percentages, and basic geometry measurements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ford dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers.
Review body shop estimates to verify parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
