Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders. Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center. Engage with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits. Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into long-term clients. Ideal Qualifications:
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent listening and organizational skills. Ability to sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more). Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.
