The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is looking for a few individuals to train new volunteers on Dog Walking!
Get your steps in, enjoy the fresh air, and give pups a break from their kennel all while teaching new volunteers the ropes!
Shifts needed:
One (consistent) weekday, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
Saturday morning or afternoon, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
Sunday morning or afternoon, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
Job Duties:
Train new volunteers on all duties associated with dog walking
Ability to handle medium and large dogs
Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the training shift
This position requires training and a volunteer profile.
