This is a full-time position based in Munich. Your Responsibilites Provide legal advice and representation in
cross-border civil litigation
matters with an international nexus Draft, review, and argue
pleadings, motions, briefs, and submissions
(in German and English) Analyze and align
the differences between German and Canadian civil procedure to shape tailored strategies Represent Canadian clients
before German courts and authorities Manage
deadlines and procedural
workflows , including coordination of experts and witnesses Communicate directly
with clients, courts, and authorities—also in English Work closely
with our Canadian litigation team on cross-border cases Your Profile Admitted to practice law in Germany (Rechtsanwalt – m/f/d) Solid experience in German civil litigation; additional background in commercial or corporate law is a plus Excellent command of English, written and spoken (at least
C1 level ) Genuine appetite for contentious work and
strong persuasive advocacy
(written and oral) Sharp analytical skills , a structured working style, and precise writing Curiosity about international and cross-border legal issues, especially in the
German-Canadian setting Team spirit, strong communication skills, and
openness
to intercultural collaboration Motivation to grow
