As a Junior Trader, you’ll learn the ropes of international car trading while working side by side with our Senior Sales Trader. You’ll get plenty of guidance, but also the freedom to take initiative, build your skills quickly and grow your own role. What you’ll do:
Support the Senior Trader with customer and supplier relationships in Germany. Actively build new relations through cold acquisition (dealers, traders, partners). Assist with negotiating and closing deals. Prepare and share external marketing communications with customers and partners. Update and manage the customer database to keep information accurate and up to date. Track market trends and spot new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams: logistics, pricing, and administration. Handle aftersales tasks such as claims, delivery updates, and customer questions. Grow towards managing your own portfolio independently. Who you are:
Fluent in German and proficient in English. Dutch is a plus. MBO+ / HBO (or equivalent), preferably in commercial or economic studies. A self-starter who’s eager to learn. Ambitious to grow into a fully independent trader. Proactive, results-driven, and a team player. Available 40 hours per week, living near Nieuw-Vennep or willing to commute. What we offer:
