
Customer Service Representative – Indianapolis, IN
Job Description:
Our client’s Customer Service Representatives serve their customers via telephone and email. They thoroughly and efficiently gather participant information, access and address concerns and issues, educate the participant where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions. CSRs do all of this in a timely, professional and service-oriented manner.
General responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service and one call issue resolution
Handle incoming phone calls and assigned email requests along with escalated items
Assist participants with registration and log in issues
Assist participants with navigation on the client site for their specific program
Assist participants with overall questions concerning the applications available to them on the private portal
Work with Account Management on escalated issues of a non-routine nature
Assist members complete the client’s Health Survey over the phone
Perform other, varied job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
1-3 years of experience in a technical call center environment or transferable skills
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated customer service and issue resolution skills
Strong detail orientation and listening skills
Proficiency in the utilization of computer software applications, including MS Word and MS Excel
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Pleasant telephone voice, tone and manner
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required
Additional info:
Hybrid in office and virtual role (~2 days/week in office).
IMPORTANT:
Training/start is ALL onsite in the office in Indianapolis, IN.
This is a HYBRID ROLE. In office attendance is expected throughout the contract.
In office training is mandatory.
CSRs will be in office the first few weeks after training BEFORE working from home.
The office will remain open for those that do not desire to work from home.
CSRs must live within 1 hour or less of the office due to the hybrid role.

Interviews can start as soon as we can (early as 4/12/23)
Offers will go out shortly after interviews
Training Wednesday 5/17/2023 to 5/31/2023 (Training schedule 8:30am-5:00pm)
Monday 5/29 we are closed for Memorial Day
Training is vital to success, candidates must commit to being here each day during training
Lunch is provided on day 1
Shifts will start on Thursday 6/1/2023
Possible shifts after training M-F 830a-5p, 900a-530p, 930a-6p, 1030a-7p, 1130a-8p. Shifts are permanent and will not change once they accept the offer.
